Brother Sewing and Embroidery Training Part I of II
Getting Started
The Brother Sewing and Embroidery Machine allows you to mend, create and embellish fabrics.
- You must complete a two part training to be certified to use this equipment independently during regular library hours.
- You can schedule an in person training with certification with a staff member by scheduling an appointment for Part I and II (In Person/In Library) Equipment Training and Certification or you can proceed with the below self guided training to get started.
This is Part I for the Brother Sewing and Embroidery Machine, a tutorial and quiz.
- You must have 100% accuracy to proceed with Part II, an in library hands on demonstration of proficiency using the equipment.
- Download the certificate of completion from Part I of this training
- Schedule an appointment for Part II (In library) Equipment Certification, select Sewing and Embroidery Certification Part II and attach the certificate of completion from Part I
After successfully completing all parts of certification, you will be able to use the sewing and embroidery machine during library hours; you may reserve the equipment in advance of use.
